New Workshop!- Fairview, Dublin Sun 7th May

We had a great time at the Riverbank on Saturday, 10 happy participants made 10 happy cats!

Of course as usual I was up to my elbows in soap and water and in full teaching mode, so I have absolutely no photos in the "in between times" ( how do tutors find the time to do that as well as teach)?? I just have the arrival- my “Art Cart” the before and the final Catwalk!

I know that this workshop sold out very fast and even had an extensive waiting list- fear not… I’m realeasing the same workshop again, new venue- Brookwood Pottery, in Dublin’s Marino, Fairview area.

Elaine Fallon is a great supporter of Irish craft and with her own ceramics business she knows the struggles of us, independent makers. I visited her a week or two ago and we decided to test the waters and try an intimate 4 person workshop in her studio- shop!

She’ll open the shop for the Sunday and I’ll take over with my mountain of wool… Participants will get plenty of attention, lots of chat and go away with new skills an introduction to a heritage craft and their own little funky feline.

Sunday May 7th 10am-4pm, full day all materials provided. €95

Treat yourself or bring a friend and have a fun day out.

Only 4 places- so get your name down fast- and reserve your place with payment by contacting me.

Spread the word for me folks, as this is a new location for a workshop and I’d dearly love to make it a regular spot... its such a lovely shop and studio space.

Thanks

Tamzen
